Musician, educator, and author of The Literate Musician Andy Mullen has written a collection of 50 new tunes for elementary and middle school music classes. These tunes contain notation and teaching suggestions sequenced according to Gordon’s Music Learning Theory.

Greetings. I’m Andy Mullen, an always improving musician and music teacher.

I have loved music ever since I was a youngster, and I’ve gotten better and better, day by day, month by month, year by year, and now, decade by decade. The same thing can be said about my teaching.

For the most part, I’m self-taught. They say that he who teaches himself has a fool for Therefore, I’ve made a lot of mistakes along the way.
