About Author

Ana Gutman is a photographer and creative director with a design background based in Mexico City.

She reflects on the powerful impact the food industry has on our planet and our personal well-being through visual storytelling and design techniques.

Ana founded YACA ÑACA, a company that focused on plant-based products made with jackfruit that followed a regenerative agriculture production system, and was the Creative Director there for six years.

Currently, she’s developing creative photography projects for clients, collaborating with restaurants, products and media for content creation.
